Making a christmas tree decoration

I met my freinds in the libary then we went to make decorations together.

Seeing santa

My mum had a stall at barcleys and I saw santa. My mum did well at the stall.

I didn't now what it would be like at all. But it was so cool.We spent most of the time making posions and loitions.With coulerd water and worms shaving foam and more.Then we had pizza my favourite food ever. After eating we made a shop with potions and loitions that we had made.When it had ended we all chooce are goody bag and then said bye and thankyou.

Museums - The Globe Theatre and Museum, London

We took a tour of the Globe Theatre. We could barely find it. It was in London, on the South of the river inbetween lots of huge buildings. This is the third Globe Theatre.

 We weren't allowed on the stage.












I got a picture taken by the stairs.

Dad put me on his shoulders so it looked like I was sitting on stage.











Then we went around the Museum for it. 

Art Gallery - Kind of! ....Seeing Graffiti

 After we finished our lunch out, Grandma and Dad drove home. Mum, Freya and I walked home looking at the Graffiti which was commissioned to covered the underground subway under a huge roundabout.

 Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meeting up with a new person

We met each other in the libary I hadn't met her before but she's nice.
She's 8.
She's called Emma.
I took out a book to borrow.
Then we played stack em fun!!

 Then we played tall stories. Here is the story we did.
Once upon a  time there was a deadly shop.That had a key that got lost in the river Thames.One day a doctor was cycling past and saw a skull and cross bones.On a boat that belonged to a burgerler. That had locked up a good man. Who found a libary that belonged to a runner.Who bumped into eachover and got hit by a live bottle and found themselves on a desert island.Where was a cave with a stone age man in it .That gave him treasure.Happy ending.

 We made a house out of stack em bricks.

Art work - Card making

It was awesome. We all had so much fun doing cards at my house. We also played games. My cards are on the 2nd line. I made loads more cards over the following days too!

Museums - Cambridge Science Centre

 It was a wonderful day that we went there. It was all about tricking your eyesite.

1. Also there was something there about static electricaty and I got chosen to do something. It was hold a thing that when you press a button it would shoot up anything on top of it.

2.There was a box with your right hand under and a fake hand on your left  and your real left hand would be under a cloak so you don't see it. You would stair at the fake hand for two minutes. While someone brushes your right hand and your fake hand on the same finger .When two minutes is up the brusher stops on the right hand and carry's on on the fake hand. You should still feel the brush.

3. About being colour blind.We did the number test. My eyesite is fine.Animals sites are different for there need's of finding food.

1.We got a straw and two circle pictures with differeent things on.
2.Stuck one picture on left side of the straw and the other picture on the other side.
3. Twirl it round really fast.
4.Should see them on the same side while it's spinning.

5. There was a circle spinning round that you had to look at for 2 minutes. Then look at someone there face would go weird.

6.You shone a light at your eye and stared at the black screen untill you saw your capillaries.

7.You stood inbetween  a door and pushed your arms outwards for 30 seconds. Then walked out.Your arms would be pulled out.

8.We  made a paper seed and put it  in the air thing.It would fly up like a seed and did loads of other things, some of which are below.













This was fun.

 

The computer worked out our facial expressions from how the distances between our mouth, eyes, eyebrows etc changed.

Listening to different sounds with impaired hearing.

 When you look at the face upside down it's normal .But when you look at it now, its not.

Turning a wheel created energy to make the lights turn on.

There was lot's more things to do.

Art Gallery - Cambridge city art fair

Cambridge City Art Fair
 Hi i'm Taryn as you might know. So we went out to cambridge for Emily's birthday .  It was the last day of the art fair so we went in.
There was Three big rooms full of art.

It was a Art Gallery where different galleries showed some of the work they normally sell.  Some artists had work there on sale in different galleries.
One of my favourites was Anna Songhurst whose work was of fruit and it was very realistic.

Another favourite was Paul Galyer.
Here's a picture of one of his paintings.

This is another favourite realistic huh         I like it because it's very realistic.

 I have studied him before but I wanted to remind my self about him.

My freinds Lavinia and Matilda came round for a play. We did some scraper foil. I did a dog and cat. Dog-Scruffy Cat- KitKat.My sister is working on a Rabbit. She has been for about 1-2 weeks .I finished mine in about 1-2 days. Cause I have more time.
