July - Wk 5 & Aug - Hesfes

Quite a while ago I went to a super cool camp called Hesfes.It was really fun and  luckily my parents got us in this year as well. It was a really long journey. When we got there I was very exited but there was nothing on on the first day so I went and played with a friend. Her name is Summer. We made a lot of  loom bands. Once Mum and Dad had set up the tent it time to stop looming and start exploring for my Hesfes adventure.

 One of the first things I did was go to a geography thing.We were talking about geography field work.We got given worksheets and we all worked out the estimate together.tion

  

This is me with my friend Summer.I did alot of things with her.Then Freya my sister joined us we did more stuff. Here is a list: Mini golf, 2 night sleepover,caf'e and shopping.I will talk about them all at the end of the pictures.                                            

 Me and my sister have been wanting a hoola hoop for ages and then at Hesfes we saw hoola hoop making and we had to do it. So we did mine was Rainbow coloured and Freya's was blue and purple.

 Next in my Hesfes adventure I made clay.I made a pot and my Mummy made a coil pot which were first made by the Aztecs.

The next day we whittled a twig to make it look like a flower but mine failed.

This is iron working were you make a sword .I did some whelding it was really scary.

There were some Cambridge students showing us lots of science things. This was about sound. They also told us about bones, circulation, bugs, gravity, forces etc.

I love going to the beach and collecting shells while eating ice cream . So I did that and it was great.

When I walked down the beach with my Dad I was looking for washed up glass for my mum they I found some. I am lucky.

After that we went to play playground.

The 2 night night sleepover was fun we watched wizards of waverly place the movie.I also bought a woopy cushion but I blew it up to much and it literally exploded but guess what, it exploded at the cafe that I went to with Summer, Freya, Dad and Summer's family. Afterwards, we played mini golf on the first round I won out of the kids, but on the second round I lost.We also got free magic cards. Magic is a very complicated card game.
